We'll pack your order as quickly as possible and ship it within 1-2 business days. It usually takes another business day for the carrier to deliver it. You'll usually receive your order within 2-4 business days. We'll do our very best to get your package to you as quickly as possible!
What is the best way to wash my item?
Each item comes with a hangtag with washing instructions. For our headscarves (94% polyester and 6% spandex), we recommend the following:
Hand wash or wash at a maximum of 30°C.
Preferably use a washing bag to prevent damage to the fabric.
Do not tumble dry.
Leave to dry flat to retain its shape.
How can I return an item?
We're sorry you're not entirely happy with your order! Don't worry: you can easily return it within 14 days of receipt .
Complete the return form and include it with your package.
Please note: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all labels/hangtags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund your purchase price.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged items
If an item is damaged upon receipt, the customer must report this in writing within 48 hours of delivery via contact@hayae.be .
The report must be accompanied by clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
After reviewing the report, Hayaé will contact the customer to work together to find a suitable solution . This could include a replacement item or a refund.
When will I get my money back?
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used to pay for the original order.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of return approval.
If the return does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be made and the customer will be informed of this.
