When will I receive my order?
We'll pack your order as quickly as possible and ship it within 1-2 business days. It usually takes another business day for the carrier to deliver it. You'll usually receive your order within 2-4 business days. We'll do our very best to get your package to you as quickly as possible!
What is the best way to wash my item?
Each item comes with a hangtag with washing instructions. For our headscarves (94% polyester and 6% spandex), we recommend the following:
- Hand wash or wash at a maximum of 30°C.
- Preferably use a washing bag to prevent damage to the fabric.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Leave to dry flat to retain its shape.
How can I return an item?
We're sorry you're not entirely happy with your order! Don't worry: you can easily return it within 14 days of receipt .

2. Send the package to our returns address.
Please note: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all labels/hangtags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund your purchase price.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged items
- If an item is damaged upon receipt, the customer must report this in writing within 48 hours of delivery via contact@hayae.be .
- The report must be accompanied by clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
- After reviewing the report, Hayaé will contact the customer to work together to find a suitable solution . This could include a replacement item or a refund.
When will I get my money back?
- After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used to pay for the original order.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of return approval.
- If the return does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be made and the customer will be informed of this.
